1. Definitions

• "Application" - Eilon Matok application for iOS and Android devices
• "Service" - Appointment booking and communication services with the barbershop
• "User" - Any person using the application
• "Barbershop" - Eilon Matok Barbershop

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are over 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You have read and understood the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• You agree to be bound by these terms
• Use of the application is legal in your country

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account

3.2 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in cases of:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated cancellations without prior notice
• Abusive or harassing behavior

4. Appointment Booking Services

4.1 Making an Appointment

• Appointments can be made through the application based on barbershop availability
• Appointments are subject to barbershop confirmation
• The barbershop reserves the right to refuse an appointment without explanation
• Appointment is confirmed only upon receiving confirmation in the application

4.2 Appointment Cancellation

• Timely Cancellation: Appointments must be canceled at least 2 hours in advance
• Late Cancellation: Cancellation less than 2 hours before the appointment may result in restriction of future booking ability
• No-Show: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in temporary blocking
• Repeat Cancellations: 3 late cancellations or no-shows within a month may lead to account blocking

4.3 Late Arrivals

• Up to 10 minutes late - appointment will proceed as normal
• 10-15 minutes late - appointment may be shortened
• Over 15 minutes late - appointment may be cancelled with no refund

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1 Service Prices

• Prices displayed in the application may change without prior notice
• Final price will be determined when service is provided at the barbershop
• Payment is made at the barbershop after service completion

5.2 Payment Methods

Accepted at the barbershop:

• Cash
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfer (by prior arrangement)

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All rights in the application, including:

• Design, graphics, logo
• Source code and software
• Content, text, images
• Trademarks and trade names

Belong to Eilon Matok Barbershop and/or its licensors.

6.2 Permitted Use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the application. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Perform reverse engineering
• Extract source code
• Create derivative works
• Use the application for commercial purposes

7. User Conduct

7.1 User Commitment

You agree not to:

• Use the application for illegal purposes
• Upload offensive, insulting, or misleading content
• Attempt to hack or interfere with application functionality
• Collect information about other users
• Impersonate another user or entity
• Upload malicious software or viruses

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 General

The application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The application will operate without interruptions or errors
• Information in the application is accurate or complete
• The service will always be available

8.2 Damages

We will not be liable for any damages, including:

• Loss of profits or information
• Direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the application
• Damages resulting from technical or security failures

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eilon Matok, its employees, representatives, and suppliers from any claim, expense, or damage arising from:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Misuse of the application

10. Changes and Updates

10.1 Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted in the application. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Application Updates

• We may release application updates from time to time
• Some updates may be mandatory
• Failure to update the application may result in malfunction

11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend the application at any time
• Modify or remove features
• Restrict access for certain users
• All without prior notice and without liability

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel
• Exclusive jurisdiction shall be with the competent courts in Israel
• Any dispute shall be adjudicated in the courts of the Tel Aviv district

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eilon Matok.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

13.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce a particular right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
