How do I cancel an appointment?
Open the app → "My Appointments" → Select the appointment → Click "Cancel Appointment". Important: Cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment time.
I didn't receive the verification code via SMS
Make sure you entered the correct phone number. If the problem persists, try again after 5 minutes or contact us by phone.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your phone number. You will receive a verification code via SMS to reset your password.
How do I change my account details?
Open the app → "My Profile" → "Edit Profile" → Update details and save.
The app is not working / crashing
Try the following solutions:
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  • Update the app to the latest version
  • Restart your phone
  • If the problem persists, contact us by phone or email
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → "My Profile" → "Settings" → "Delete Account". Note that this action is irreversible.

The barbershop is located at HaHamisha 21, Petah Tikva. Parking is available nearby. Accessible by public transportation.
